The Asia Pacific SDG and Sustainability Summit 2026 invites participants to submit their abstracts and full-length papers based on the conference theme and sub-themes. Abstracts should be concise, within 250–300 words, written in English using Times New Roman font size 12, and the presenting author’s name should be underlined in the abstract. Full-length papers should be comprehensive, ranging from 3000–4000 words, in English using Times New Roman font size 12, including a 300-word abstract and 4–5 relevant keywords in Word format. All abstracts and full-length papers must be submitted in Word format; PDF or PPT formats are not accepted (author guidelines are available on the website). Participants are requested to submit their abstracts by April 30, 2026, and full-length papers by May 31, 2026, via email at conf.esda@gmail.com. Publication
Selected abstracts will be showcased in the Souvenir and Abstract Book during the Inaugural Session on June 24, 2026. High-quality full-length papers will be published in esteemed Scopus-indexed journals or edited books by Elsevier, IEEE, Springer, and other international publications, or in special issues of UGC CARE/Scopus-indexed journals. The Asia Pacific SDG and Sustainability Summit 2026 cordially invites participants to share their groundbreaking research through presentations aligned with the conference theme and sub-themes, as outlined in their submitted abstracts. Presenters have the flexibility to choose their preferred mode of presentation, whether oral or poster, and can participate either physically or virtually to accommodate diverse needs. The summit is committed to providing a dual-platform experience for all participants. Notably, all presented papers will be eligible for the prestigious Best Paper Presentation Award, reflecting the summit’s dedication to recognizing and celebrating exceptional research contributions. The presentation time may be adjusted depending on the number of presenters. Interested participants may submit their abstracts in accordance with the provided guidelines.
Presenters will have 5–10 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2 minutes for a Q&A session. Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF format and must include an introduction, a clear explanation of the research methodology and results, a conclusion, and references. Presenters are required to complete their registration by the specified deadline and arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled presentation time.
Posters should be 60 centimeters wide and 90 centimeters long (60 cm × 90 cm) in portrait orientation and must include a clear title, author names, introduction, methodology, results, and conclusions. Posters will be displayed throughout the summit, and presenters are expected to be present during designated poster sessions to address queries. Virtual posters should be submitted as a single-page PowerPoint or PDF. Presenters will have 3–5 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2 minutes for a Q&A session.
