Showcase your impact, amplify your influence, and be recognized for driving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The ESDA Sustainability Awards 2026 will be conferred during the Asia Pacific SDG and Sustainability Summit 2026 on June 21–22, 2026.

The awards for corporates, educational institutions, and individuals are given below.

Corporate Category Awards

Corporate Sustainability Excellence Award 2026: To recognize and honor corporate organizations that have integrated sustainability into their core business strategy, operations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives while making significant contributions to the SDGs.

Sustainable Business Innovation Award 2026: Awarding companies that have developed groundbreaking eco-friendly technologies or sustainable products, services, circular economy models, or sustainable procurement and supply chain practices.

SDG Champion Award 2026: Recognizing corporations that have demonstrated outstanding commitment to multiple Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Carbon Neutrality Pioneer Award 2026: Celebrating organizations that have successfully achieved or made significant progress toward carbon neutrality.

ESG Excellence Award 2026:  Recognizing and encouraging corporates that integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into their business strategy, driving sustainability and creating a positive impact.

Educational Institutions Category Awards

Sustainability Education Excellence Award 2026: Recognizing universities and colleges that embed sustainability into their curriculum, research, and infrastructure—empowering students for a sustainable future.

SDG Champion Award 2026: Recognizing educational institutions that integrate the Sustainable Development Goals into learning, research, and community impact—shaping sustainability leaders of tomorrow.

SDG Research & Innovation Award 2026: Honoring educational institutions that conduct pioneering research addressing SDG challenges.

Green Campus Award 2026: Recognizing schools, colleges, or universities that lead in sustainable infrastructure, energy conservation, and eco-friendly initiatives.

Individuals Category Awards

Sustainability Leadership Award 2026: Acknowledging an individual’s exceptional contributions to sustainability advocacy and impact.

Climate Action Hero Award 2026:  Honoring individuals dedicated to climate resilience, activism, and community engagement.

Green Researcher and Innovator Award 2026:  Recognizing individuals who have created or championed sustainable innovations and research.

Eco-Warrior Award 2026: Celebrating grassroots leaders who make a significant difference in conservation, biodiversity, and sustainability at the local level.

The Award Guidelines

Eligibility: The ESDA Sustainability Awards 2026 are open to corporates, educational institutions, and individuals across the world working towards achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals and sustainability innovation. Eligible entities include industries, educational institutions, government organizations, startups, laboratories, hospitals, trusts, NGOs, and individuals.

Nomination Process: Submit your nomination through the award form on the summit website or email conf.esda01@gmail.com with a compelling profile showcasing your achievements, impactful projects, and contributions to SDGs and sustainability. Ensure you attach supportive documents and impact metrics to highlight your excellence and eligibility for the award.

Deadline: Nominations are accepted until April 30, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

Selection: Awardees are selected solely based on merit, considering their outstanding profile, impactful work, and remarkable achievements in the field of SDGs and sustainability.

Jury Decision: The ESDA jury panel’s decision is final and binding. No appeals will be entertained.

Award Acceptance: Winners must participate in the summit (June 21–22, 2026) to receive the award. In absentia awards may also be given under special conditions.

Event Charges – Supporting a Sustainable Initiative: Your presence drives our impact. The Summit and Awards are organized on a self-sustaining model, with no government or corporate funding. We are committed to keeping the ESDA Award free of charge, with no application or processing fees.

A nominal event charge applies to awardees, including Corporates (Rs. 1.00 lac – 1.50 lac), Educational Institutions (Rs. 50,000 – 1.00 lac), and Individuals (Rs. 15,000 – 25,000), to cover ceremony expenses. These charges include venue, food, mementos, and event-related arrangements to make it a memorable experience. Your contribution ensures the event’s sustainability and impact.

Communication: Winners will be notified via email by May 15, 2026.

Intellectual Property: ESDA reserves the right to feature nominee details, project information, and winning entries for promotional purposes.

Disqualification: Incomplete, inaccurate, or non-conforming submissions will be disqualified.
