Eligibility: <\/strong>The ESDA Sustainability Awards 2026 are open to corporates, educational institutions, and individuals across the world working towards achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals and sustainability innovation. Eligible entities include industries, educational institutions, government organizations, startups, laboratories, hospitals, trusts, NGOs, and individuals.<\/p>\n

Nomination Process: <\/strong>Submit your nomination through the award form on the summit website or email conf.esda01@gmail.com<\/a> with a compelling profile showcasing your achievements, impactful projects, and contributions to SDGs and sustainability. Ensure you attach supportive documents and impact metrics to highlight your excellence and eligibility for the award.<\/p>\n

Deadline: <\/strong>Nominations are accepted until April 30, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.<\/p>\n

Selection: <\/strong>Awardees are selected solely based on merit, considering their outstanding profile, impactful work, and remarkable achievements in the field of SDGs and sustainability.<\/p>\n

Jury Decision: <\/strong>The ESDA jury panel’s decision is final and binding. No appeals will be entertained.<\/p>\n

Award Acceptance: <\/strong>Winners must participate in the summit (June 21\u201322, 2026) to receive the award. In absentia awards may also be given under special conditions.<\/p>\n

Event Charges \u2013 Supporting a Sustainable Initiative: <\/strong>Your presence drives our impact. The Summit and Awards are organized on a self-sustaining model, with no government or corporate funding. We are committed to keeping the ESDA Award free of charge, with no application or processing fees.<\/p>\n

A nominal event charge applies to awardees, including Corporates (Rs. 1.00 lac \u2013 1.50 lac), Educational Institutions (Rs. 50,000 \u2013 1.00 lac), and Individuals (Rs. 15,000 \u2013 25,000), to cover ceremony expenses. These charges include venue, food, mementos, and event-related arrangements to make it a memorable experience. Your contribution ensures the event\u2019s sustainability and impact.<\/p>\n

Communication: <\/strong>Winners will be notified via email by May 15, 2026.<\/p>\n
