Institutional Partnership Contribution Framework

There is no fixed Partnership Fee for becoming an Institutional Partner of WES 2026. Instead, partner institutions are expected to make an Institutional Financial Contribution in accordance with their selected partnership category, reflecting the scope of collaboration, level of engagement, and the exclusive benefits and privileges associated with the partnership.
The Institutional Financial Contribution directly supports the successful planning, coordination, and organization of WES 2026, including conference management, scientific and technical sessions, keynote and invited speakers, delegate services, conference publications, promotional and outreach activities, venue arrangements, logistics, networking events, exhibitions, awards, and other essential organizational components required to deliver the Summit as a world-class international event.
The Institutional Financial Contributiondesignated for each partnership categoryhas been determined and approved by the Competent Authority of ESDA India, taking into consideration the partnership category, scope of collaboration, institutional profile and reputation, branding and global visibility opportunities, level of participation, award eligibility, and the exclusive benefits and privileges associated with each category.
All partnership terms, Institutional Financial Contribution, roles and responsibilities, branding opportunities, awards, privileges, deliverables, and other provisions shall be incorporated into an Institutional Partnership Proposal and formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), ensuring transparency, accountability, and a long-term strategic partnership that is mutually beneficial to both organizations.
