Tour Package Booking
Participants are encouraged to reserve the Official Sri Lanka Land Tour Packageon or before 31 August 2026 to take advantage of the current promotional package rates. A booking will be confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment of INR 30,000 per participant, with the remaining balance payable on or before 30 September 2026.

As the Summit dates approach, hotel demand in Colombo and Bentota is expected to increase significantly. Consequently, tour package rates may increase by 20–30% after 31 August 2026, depending on hotel availability and prevailing market conditions.

A limited number of Sea View and Pool View rooms are available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Participants are therefore advised to complete their booking early to secure their preferred accommodation and benefit from the current promotional package rates.

Please Note: International airfare, visa charges, travel insurance, optional activities, personal expenses, and services not specifically mentioned above are not included in the Land Tour Package.

Child Policy

• – Children aged 12 years and above will be charged at the adult rate.
• – A maximum of two children may share their parents’ room (one with an extra bed and one without an extra bed).
• – Where one adult and one child occupy a room together, the adult room rate will apply to both occupants.
• – Infants below 2 years of age will only be charged applicable visa fees and airline taxes, if any.

Air Ticket Booking

Participants are encouraged to book their international air tickets as early as possible to secure the best available fares and preferred flight schedules.To facilitate convenient travel, the WES 2026 Travel & Hospitality Team, plans to organize group flight bookings from Delhi (India) to Colombo (Sri Lanka) in multiple phases, subject to the number of confirmed participants.

The tentative group booking phases are:

Participants may choose to:

Join the group flight from Delhi (subject to availability),

• Book their flights independently from Delhi or any other city/country, or
• Contact Zenith Leisure Holidays Limited for personalized flight booking assistance.

Important Travel Advisory:
Participants booking the Official Sri Lanka Land Tour Package are advised to schedule their return flight from Colombo after 5:00 PM on 26 October 2026. As the tour concludes in Bentota, approximately 2 hours from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), the group is expected to arrive at the airport by approximately 2:00 PM, allowing sufficient time for check-in, security screening, and immigration formalities before departure.
