The Scientific Committee of the 7th World Environment Summit 2026 (WES 2026) warmly invites scientists, researchers, academicians, educators, engineers, policymakers, environmental professionals, industry experts, innovators, research scholars, students, government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations from around the world to submit original and unpublished research contributions.


Organized under the theme, “Advancing Science, Innovation and Global Collaboration for a Sustainable and Resilient Future,” WES 2026 provides a prestigious international platform for presenting cutting-edge research, emerging technologies, innovative solutions, policy perspectives, industry best practices, and interdisciplinary approaches for addressing today’s environmental and sustainability challenges.


Authors are invited to submit Original Research Papers, Review Papers, Technical Papers, Policy Papers, Case Studies, Concept Papers, Innovative Practices, and Industry Papers aligned with the Conference Theme and any of the Conference Themes and Sub-themes. Selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication through the Summit’s publishing partners, subject to peer review, editorial policies, and the scope of the respective publication.

Abstract & Full-Length Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research contributions aligned with the Conference Theme and Conference Themes & Sub-themes of the WES 2026. All Abstracts and Full-Length Papers must be prepared in English and submitted strictly in accordance with the Author Guidelines and Abstract Template provided below. Compliance with these guidelines will facilitate the scientific review, editorial evaluation, and publication process. All submissions will undergo a rigorous scientific review by the Scientific Committee to assess their originality, scientific quality, technical merit, relevance, and overall contribution to the objectives of WES 2026.

Abstract Submission

Authors should submit an abstract of 250–300 words in English, accompanied by 4–5 relevant keywords. The abstract should be prepared in Times New Roman (12 pt) and submitted only in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. Submissions in PDF, PowerPoint (PPT), or any other file format will not be accepted.

 

Full-Length Paper Submission

Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full-length paper (3,000–4,000 words) in English, prepared in Times New Roman (12 pt) and submitted only in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format in accordance with the official Author Guidelines. PDF submissions will not be accepted.

 

Submission Procedure

Authors may submit their Abstracts and Full-Length Papers by completing the Online Submission Form provided below or by emailing their manuscripts to conference.esda@gmail.com. All submissions will be acknowledged upon receipt and processed by the Scientific Committee in accordance with the Summit’s review and publication procedures.

While submitting the abstract, authors are requested to indicate:

  • Mode of Participation: Physical / Virtual
  • Mode of Presentation: Oral / Poster
  • Category of Participation: Faculty & Research Scholar / UG & PG Student

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final mode of presentation based on the scientific programme, review outcome, conference schedule, and technical requirements.

Publication Opportunities

The WES 2026 is committed to promoting high-quality scientific research and providing valuable publication opportunities for researchers, academicians, scientists, and professionals. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Souvenir & Abstract Book.

Selected high-quality Full-Length Papers, recommended by the Scientific Committee and approved through the peer-review and editorial process, will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals, edited books, conference proceedings, and other reputed national and international publications through the Summit’s publishing partners. Publication opportunities are subject to the scientific quality of the manuscript, editorial policies, peer-review outcomes, and the scope and acceptance criteria of the respective journal or publication partner.

Authors are encouraged to submit original, innovative, and high-impact research that makes significant contributions to environmental sustainability, scientific advancement, technological innovation, policy development, and sustainable solutions.

Presentation Modes

WES 2026 provides flexible presentation opportunities to encourage broad international participation while maintaining high academic and scientific standards. Accepted papers may be presented through any of the following modes, subject to the recommendations of the Scientific Committee:

  • – Oral Presentation (Physical)
  • – Oral Presentation (Virtual)
  • – Poster Presentation (Physical)
  • – Poster Presentation (Virtual)

 

Oral Presentations

Each Oral Presentation will be allotted 7–10 minutes, followed by 2–3 minutes for discussion and interaction with the audience. Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) format and should clearly present the objectives, methodology, key findings, conclusions, and practical implications of the research.

 

Poster Presentations

Physical Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation (60 cm × 90 cm) and should clearly present the title, authors, introduction, methodology, results, conclusions, and key references in a visually attractive format. Virtual Posters should be submitted as a single-page PDF or PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) file and may be accompanied by a brief online presentation during the designated Virtual Poster Session.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final mode of presentation based on the scientific review, conference programme, scheduling requirements, and technical considerations.

Best Presentation Awards

To recognize excellence in scientific research, innovation, and research communication, the WES 2026 will confer prestigious Best Presentation Awards upon outstanding presenters. These awards are intended to honour high-quality research that demonstrates scientific originality, technical excellence, innovation, practical relevance, and exceptional presentation skills while contributing to environmental sustainability, climate action, and sustainable development.

The dedicated Virtual Presentation Award categories have been introduced to encourage wider international participation and to provide equitable opportunities for academic recognition, particularly for researchers, faculty members, and students who may be unable to attend the Summit in person. All presentations will be evaluated using the same rigorous standards of scientific quality, originality, innovation, technical merit, clarity of presentation, and overall contribution to the objectives of WES 2026.
